We’ve experienced that the SDK performs less effectively on Android devices from some particular manufacturers.
The Android operating system is open-source, and OEM manufacturers can modify the code of the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) to distribute their version of the Android OS on their devices. OEM manufacturer versions of the Android OS impose additional restrictions on access to t location services and running processes when the app is not in use. Due to these restrictions, we’ve experienced a deterioration in SDK performance when running on devices from brands such as Huawei, OnePlus, Oppo, Xiaomi or Vevo.
